How do I contact Customer Service?

Can I place an order over the phone?

Since we are a small business, our team is small (but mighty!). Therefore, due to staffing, we do not have a phone number available to the public. If you are in need of assistance via the phone, please email tyler@peacefulcreek.com for help

What sets you apart from others?

We aren’t just selling farm and equipment manuals. We curate bundles for all equipment types. Manual sets help to ensure you are able to get all the information for your equipment that you need. From engine types, to specific model and serial numbers, we’re here to ensure the manuals you need are available in a condensed, easy to purchase, set.

Do you offer support if I need help finding the right manual?

What types of manuals and books do you offer?

We have an extensive manual catalog. From how-to’s, agricultural and construction equipment, and attachments and implements, we’ve got the instruction manuals for you! We have Parts, Service, and Operators manuals as well as sets for specific equipment types. The best way to find what you’re needing is using the search bar at the top or the ‘Shop’ page.

I can’t find my manual when I use the search bar?

Due to our ever growing catalog list, our search engine is under constant updates to ensure our website catalog stays current. If there is a manual you are needing that you cannot find via search, please contact tyler@peacefulcreek.com!

How do I know the manual is compatible with my specific model?

If you do not see a serial number signifier in the product title, you can check under the ‘Description’ section, located under the product images. If a manual is for a specific model or serial number, that will be available in that section. If you are still unsure, please contact tyler@peacefulcreek.com.

Are manuals available in digital format (pdf) or print only?

Our manuals are only available in print form.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders, and try our hardest to ensure packages arrive in a timely manner. Orders made before noon usually ship same day. Expect packages to arrive within 3-7 business days. If you are having issues with shipping, please contact tyler@peacefulcreek.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We have shipped to countries all over the world. If you are not sure if we can send a manual to you, please contact tyler@peacefulcreek.com.

Can I track my package?

Yes, you should be send tracking information once your package has been shipped via the email you inputted during the ordering process.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
